Knoxville – Qiana Shantail Brown Bennett, 40, passed away suddenly at home May 15, 2020. Born December 7, 1979, to Sandra “Tiese” Elder and Mack Brown. She attended Austin-East Magnet High School and was a faithful member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by father, Mack Brown; grandmothers, Christine Elder and Helen Brown.
Left to cherish her memories: children, Tommy, Alexus, Massiah and Demond Bennett; granddaughter Jacelyn Manning; devoted mother, Sandra “Tiese” Elder; brothers, Ronald Elder and Robert “Plunk” Bennett; sister, Latasha “TaTa” Gillette; nephews, Demetruice and Carlos Bennett, Dewayne Wells; nieces, Erieshea, Jaskya, Rashay and Sahara Bennett; uncle, Andre Elder; aunts, Ruth Crump, Regina Agnew and Janelle Elder Green; devoted companion, Walter Rogers; many other close relatives and friends too numerous to name to include Rose and Frances Clark.
Open visitation, 10 a.m.- 7 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2020, at Jarnigan’s Mortuary. Funeral Saturday, 2 p.m. May 23, 2020, Jarnigan’s Chapel, Rev. Leroy Franklin, Officiating. Interment to follow, Mt. Olive Cemetery.
